Sadly, RC food at least in the US is nothing but fillers and chicken just doesn’t do well with bulldogs of any type. You should think about changing her food to a higher quality kibble if that’s what you wanna stay with and start out with duck or turkey.

Where are you located? Also what food/protein are you currently feeding?

Agree with Jeff… it’s the food, they are both low quality. Raw is best, but if not an option for you… try Open Farm , Orijen or Zingnature… start with turkey or duck protein

Your vet see this? That , to me, is sleep apnea, he is having trouble breathing. If your vet has seen this and says it’s normal… to me, it is not and would find a second opinion
