Not necessarily, the palate is soft tissue so it grows as they do, it’s one reason many vets will wait to do the surgery till around 1-2 years depending on severity
Hi and welcome… not being paranoid… have him evaluated and see if the vet get is necessary to address now or can it wait till he is a little older. There is no age limit to when this procedure is needed it is more around the severity of each situation
Agreed, raw is best and if you aren’t able and kibble is your choice, look into Open Farm or Zingnature brands, try to avoid chicken and white potatoes
I agree with Jeff. I think a raw would be the best fresh food without all the processing could clear up his gut which could be the cause of all the dermatitis.
