Our girl went down this year suddenly... Personally I’d recommend cutting NSAIDs entirely and do a round of steroids... There’s a wait period between NSAIDs & steroid use, so consult your vet for sure. Also add muscle relaxers. We got her from completely paralyzed, to able to walk on her own...
