Puppies need to pee more often then adult dogs. When they get outside their cage is when they go the most. They start moving and get excited and oops! I was just in the potty training stage with my boy last year. Took him about 6 months to finally get it. Because he would eat the pee pads...

Oh boy, Frogs I am sure he would love too LOL. We have a screened in pool, and there is no way to keep the lizards out (they get in through the drain area and doggy door) so that is his favorite way to catch them since they can't find their way back out.
