My Wyatt was neutered close to 6 months and he is a big Frenchie. He's from a German line and his Mom and Dad were near 30 lbs. Wyatt is 32 lbs. Clancy was neutered at 11 months only because of liver issues or it would have been sooner. He was starting to mount his brother which wasn't cool...

BTW....our surgical center did the neutering of Clancy which was quite expensive but worth our piece of mind. The internist stayed in touch with our vet constantly on what to do with Clancy's elevated enzymes. The antibiotics were given in conjunction with the Denamarin and the combination...

I always use Desitin on my Frenchie's folds and it has helped with keeping them healthy and dry along with unscented baby wipes used daily to clean. I always put the Desitin on after I have cleaned them with the wipe. Hope this helps. My Brindled guy did get his wrinkles a little raw last...
