You should ask the breeder to see the AKC papers for both parents, then you will know for sure what you are getting. If he gets weird about it, you'll know something is fishy. It's not an unusual thing to request. just my .02

He does have antlers, doesn't seem to be too interested in them, occasionally he will opt for a bully stick or frozen peanut butter on a Nyla bone instead of a shoe but so far nothing beats a crusty old chuck taylor :)
