Sounds like stress colitis. Have your pup evaluated for anxiety .. one of my dogs ( different breed is on fluoxetine) it has helped tremendously ! For occasional bouts of diarrhea I give Endosorb it’s OTC and available through Chewys online . This also helps with Frenchie gas. Good luck...
