Hi, My 3.5 year old blue fawn female Frenchie Scarlett has started developing dark spots on her back over the past few months. There doesn't seem to be any irritation of the skin. Has anyone seen this before and should I be worried? She eats Fromme Adult dog food and milkbone dog biscuits. Thanks!
