How strange. Never seen that before... Are all the litter like that? Check they are Kennel Club registered and the relevant health tests have been done on the parents as that colour is not standard for UK frenchies.

When you press against the gums with your finger, that spot should turn paler and upon taking your finger away the blood should rush back. If it doesn't, it's a sign that your dog's not getting enough oxygen. If this is the case, you might want to pop him to the vets just in case.
