My frenchie is too new to be called anything by anyone yet, but I have been asked if my pug is a baby pit bull! Also, some people seem just plain confused by her. I chalk it up to the fact that black pugs are less common.

My little girl was one of five in her litter: 4 girls and a boy. The little boy died after an unsuccessful surgery to correct an esophageal problem :*( But all the girls are healthy!

Thanks for the input, everyone! After telling the breeder a bit about our family and our pug, she thinks the cream girl (puppy #1) would be the best fit for us, as she's very cuddly, where puppy #2 is always running off checking things out. So little girl 1 it is!
