1 year old and still not in heat

Hello everyone... my baby girl Bacon is turning 1 y/o in a few days and I'm concerned because she's not yet had a menstrual cycle. Is this normal? Could it be a sign of any issues?
For context she's 17 lbs and has what I consider to be a very good diet consisting of puppy formula lightly cooked turkey and we add probiotics and Sea Safe omega oil. With lots of freeze dried single ingredient turkey treats (liver, heart).
Has anyone experienced this? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I don't understand how she can be only 11 lbs at 1 year old. See a vet. If a human girl is too lean, she wont have her period either.

My girl hasn't gone into heat either. She just turned a year. The vet said it could be anytime now and we may not even know she has.

This happened with my Bluejean i was told she could have had her heat and we missed it but my male ended up getting her through a cage and we had puppies then she ended up with pryrometro or how ever u spell it and had to be fixed. I still dont understand how it happened.

OMGosh I hadn't realized the typo. She's a sturdy 17 lbs. Thanks for catching that.
