My boy had a seizure this morning for the first time . He’s 10 almost 11 .
Took him in and they did blood work , X-rays . They found a mass in his lung . Said normally lung cancer stems from another area where it started , which I’m frightened it’s brain cancer . He’s acting totally normal now . I need to set up a visit with another Dr , for more testing . And I’m torn to whether I want to put him thru anything else since he’s been thru so much in his life. Anyone else on here have a frenchie with cancer ?

So very sorry this is happening.

Our bulldog had/passed from lymphoma… there were zero symptoms till we noticed a lump on his neck. Testing confirmed, he made it 18 months post diagnosis

Did you do any kind of treatment ? He has no symptom’s. I don’t know if I want to put him thru scans and biopsies .

Yes, we did chemotherapy, he did well but at times struggled with dosages -. It is extremely expensive and knowing what we do now not sure I’d do the chemo again. Lymphoma has no cure you’re just buying time with them.

My female, Stella, started having seizures at 7 yrs old. Medication did not help at which point we had an MRI done that confirmed she had a brain tumor. She was happy and playful until the day she passed one month later. Sorry you are faced with such a difficult decision. Good luck to you.
