Allergy?

Hello friends!

What do you think this is? I noticed one small pimple like spot a few days after July 4th, and thought it was either a bug bite, or some irritation from having been playing rough in the grass. I showed it to the vet and he said it was nothing to be worried about.

He has since had his last vaccine booster and his first lepto vaccine (I am fully aware of the lepto pros & cons).

This morning it seems to be a little worse... It is limited to this belly area by his legs and isn't anywhere else on him.

Any thoughts?

Might be allergies. You can try giving Benadryl (1 mg per pound) to see if that gets the bumps to go away.

Could it be an ingrown piece of fur? Looks like a pimple when i zoom in

I don't think it is...it kinda looks a little like a human hive in person. It definitely dissipated a bit today, and I also gave 8mg of benedryl... Which has it totally gone.

Whatever the case is, I will be opting out of the second lepto booster.
