Best Probiotic for my frenchie

Hi I am looking for the best probiotic for my Jagger. He has skin allergies.

There are dog specific ones but I generally rotate between raw goat’s milk, fermented fish stock and fresh (not canned) sauerkraut like the Bubbies brand found in the refrigerator section of stores.

How much sauerkraut would you give and how often ?

I also use raw goat's milk. Answers is the brand.

How much sauerkraut would you give and how often ?

I give about a teaspoon to Jax with his breakfast. I don’t give it every day since I rotate with other probiotics.
