We're transitioning him a little early because I'd like to get away from grain a little sooner.

I think a lot of people say around 7 months, but I'm trying to get-off-grain a little sooner. I even believe that Fromm 4-Star is for all life stages, so it could potentially be served for puppies by boosting the serving size.
