French bulldog has lump on hind leg

My French bulldog is 4 months old and has this lump. Should I be scared? He has no sensitivity to touch.

It’s hard to see in the photo.

It could be a hive. Is it a little bump?
Rusty used to get those and I only see them at certain angles and they feel like a little bump.

Does he have more of these on him in other areas?

what do you feed him?

Low quality dog food can definitely cause many different lumps and bumps and also allergies and hives and many other health issues.

Could it be an injection site by the vet?
