Help! Bumps on 4month old Frenchie causing hair loss where the bumps are!

I have a 4 month old French Bulldog and he has bumps on his back by the neck area only and they were red but not a vibrant red more like pinkish and it had a little yellow crusting but I have been bathing him with OxyMed shampoo which is a fast acting allergy relief which has helped and the redness and crust are gone from the bumps but the bumps are still there and it looks like patches of hair loss where the bumps are at. Does anyone know or think what it might be?

Staph infection... or mange since under a year old.

Need to boast immune system and vet appointment for antibiotics and confirm.
