IVDD - please, Help to find the best doctor in Europe

My frenchie had IVDD a year ago. We did surgery in Ukraine, we have one very professional doctor Stoikov, who specialised in this problem. We had 4th grade, disk extrusion. My girl started to walk on her four legs in first day after. Now we are living in Budapest (Hungary) but I’m afraid that it will happen again. We can’t go back to Ukraine because of the war and it’s a very long way. But it’s not a problem to go to closest countries, Austria, Poland, Germany, Slovakia etc. I just want to find best of the best doctor. Clinic where we can go 24/7 in emergency situation. If you know ones - please, let me know

I’m so sorry you’re going through this. Our male had to have IVDD surgery a year ago. It’s excruciating.
