Lumps

Hi all

I am posting here as due to Covid 19 we are unable to get an appointment at the local vets
Our 2yr old Frenchie has two small but hard lumps under his neck/top of the chest where his collar sits.
They don’t seem to cause him any pain when touched and I am just after a little advice of what they could be and whether they are serious
Obviously we will be taking him to the vet when we can but any advice in the meantime that would be great

Do you keep collar on all the time? Could it be irritating his skin?
