My dog is itching so much he is damaging his ear!

Hi everyone,
We are new frenchie owners and our 5 month old puppy just developed a severe itching problem. He scratches incessantly and now has a huge "cauliflower ear" that is bloody and inflamed. Does anyone have any helpful advice.

Poor baby! Ear issues can be caused by allergies...what food are you currently feeding? Itching anywhere else or just the ears?

so adorable! Agree with Citty, could be allergies

You might want to paint that with betadine or put on triple antibiotic ointment or Nu-Stock ointment until it heals.

You may want to switch to frozen raw dog food, to a protein such as cuk.
