I moved your post from where it was and started a new thread.

My bulldog pushes his bowl around but that because he’s a piggy and tries to lick the bowl clean. Is the food being eaten?

Welcome to the site. Frenchies can be very picky eaters sometimes. You can try putting a little Feta cheese on his food and see if that helps.
