I currently have a harness, Beast and Buckle. It is fitted to my dog, but as soon as we get outside, she is off at a full run; me flying behind (I’m 70 years old) Not good. Chloe is a year old Very strong and stubborn to train.
Her current harness is completely twisted; I keep having to readjust on walks. Is there a stronger harness that can help me control her pulling? Also tried the Martingale collar; she pulls so hard, I’m afraid it will damage her neck, even though it doesn’t seem to faze her at all!
Suggestions appreciated.

Hello!
I am your age, also have a Beast and Buckle harness which I feel is made for Frenchies. Tried them all including joyride, Cesar Milan’s leash, etc but Our Gus was still horrible on walks….The pulling was so bad I didn’t want to walk him. Our solution:: we hired a BREED SPECIFIC trainer. He was a miracle worker! Five days later and we could use a harness made of string if we wanted to. Gus is such a good boy and so enjoyable in every aspect of life, inside and outside now. 10 million percent worth it!

I may have to do this; we will see. … just got the Joyride harness to try. 🤞Thanks for the suggestion!

You bet! I hope the new harness works for you. Not sure where you live … I’m northeast Illinois almost to Wisconsin border. If you need to explore training and are close … lmk! Good luck!
