Peeing outoff annoyance?

My Frenchy pees if he needs to do something he doesn't like or wants...like stay or sit or stop playing....

Anyone recognise this behaviour?

And what to do?

Might be anxiety… I would definitely get an in home trainer to determine why these behaviors are happening.
