Hi everyone,
I’m hoping someone can offer some guidance. My spayed 3-year-old girl has had pimples on her muzzle before—especially when she was a puppy—but this one looks different and has lasted much longer than previous breakouts.
She also has a strange lipoma on her foot. The vet poked it and said it's likely benign but still recommended surgical removal. Both issues showed up around the same time, and I’m wondering if they might be related, especially since she occasionally licks her paw.
Both growths have changed in appearance over time. The muzzle bump started out looking like it had a whitehead, then became red and inflamed, and now seems like it might be healing. The growth on her foot has also become inflamed and even ruptured—or she may have irritated it by biting at it, causing it to bleed.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
