poo in bed

Hi i have a problem whenever i put a bed in the crate Vinnie poos on it no other time does he do this it only happens when i give him a bed to sleep on has anyone got any ideas apart from not giving him a bed

Sorry for delayed response…. Some dogs just can’t have any bedding. Leave it out, he’ll be fine. In a year or so try again, if he poo or pee then he just can’t have one
