Puppy head light hair spots

He's about 12 weeks and has some light hair spots in front of his ears - between his eyes and front of his ears. He also has light spots behind his ears as well, though I heard that is common. Just curious if that is normal and will fill in as he grows.

Can’t really see bumps, but it does look like fur is gone. I would get a skin scrape done at the vet to check for mange.

Yeah I didn't mean bumps or spots in the sense of markings but lack of fur in areas. I'm wondering if this is just a puppy thing and it will fill in.

No, it is not normal... I would have a skin scrape done
