Red eye issue

Hi fellow bulldog lovers! I wanted to reach out to the community here to see if anyone could help recognize an issue that I noticed with my frenchie. She’s almost 11 years old and I just noticed a couple weeks ago that one of her eyes was pretty red, but more recently I noticed a little white/cloudy speck on the outer part of her eye. I brought her to the vet a couple days ago and they believe it’s a corneal ulcer and after doing some other tests, they mentioned dry eye as being the possible issue. So she’s currently on a moisturizing ointment and an anti-bacterial ointment for a couple weeks but I haven’t seen any improvements. It’s only been a couple days so I’m hoping that it’s just me being impatient, but wanted to see if anyone else recognized this before and what your experience was.

Ask for plasma drops… it is the only thing that worked to healed my guy’s ulcer
