Strange leg position

Do any of your Frenchies lay around like this? Benjamin does it a lot! Seems it would be uncomfortable.

It sure does look uncomfortable, doesn't it? But I'm pretty sure if it was, they wouldn't lay like that.

My boys don't lay like that, but it sounds like lots of Frenchies do!
