What to feed my frenchie.

Hi there,
I'm new here so forgive me if this is floating around out there.

My husband and I are getting our frenchie in a couple of weeks and I have been preparing for our little guy, and now I am looking at food.
We went to a local store and I was talking to the employee about what would be best to feed him.

I have been really looking into feeding Prime, Orijen or, Acana.
He suggested feeding acana kibble in the am and prime in the pm and skipping the puppy formula all together because it is made with chicken.

I purchased Acana grasslands for our little guy, but now I am concerned he won't do well with that right off the bat.
So please if anyone has suggestions or recommendations please help me out!

The majority of people here who feed kibble seem to use Fromm and highly recommend it. It didn't work for my guy, but I think that it's definitely worth trying as so many do so well on it!

I don't have my Frenchie yet, but Fromm seems to be the favorite kibble.

:welcome3: to FBN.... all three of those are great foods. I use Fromm Pork and Peas (grain free)

I feed my dogs Acana. It's very good food.

Acana and Orijen are definitely great ,if not the best kibbles out there (IMO).
I feed a raw diet,but if I had to feed kibble I would feed Orijen.

I feed orijen fish formula and they are crazy about it ! I used to feed taste of the wild and since the switch I have seen huge improvements. Their hair has never been more shiny and eyes have never been brighter!
