Raw looking wrinkles

My frenchie has always had issues with tear stains but, this is new. Doesnt really have tear stains but does look raw like. I have been neglecting the wiping since i wasnt seening the tear stains. Also hes on a new food, and im wondering if its food related .

It can definitely be food related especially if there was no issue before the new food.

Definitely raw, and could be the food. If the food has chicken in it, I would change, chicken is a known allergy causing ingredient. Try some Desitin on it, but don't get in his eyes.
