Air Travel w/ Frenchie

My Frenchie Bruno is 28 lbs and on the bigger side for the avg Frenchie. Would he be eligible to fly with us in the plane cabin ? I think he will fit under the seat. Any experience ?

No experience but if they can fit in a carrier under the seat, I believe they can fly in cabin.

Same as Citty... no experience, but I believe most will let them under seat in cabin
