Best Exercises to Strengthen the Back

Hello looking for exercises that are easy and good for my new french bulldog puppy. He's almost 6 months. I want to strengthen his back so he can stay healthy. Thanks in advance for all the advice.

Best is to avoid stairs especially going down…

We took our boy to Colorado State University veterinary school and they gave us a several exercise's. I can’t remember all of them, but I would recommend reaching out to them.
