BOAS Surgery still Struggling

Hello everyone, my pepperoni had BOAS surgery about 6 months ago. It seemed to help tremendously. She now pants excessively. I even took her back to the vet. They gave me inflammation meds and allergy meds. She gets worked fairly easy and is like a speeding bullet when we get home or if we have lots of people around. She even pants while sitting sitting down. Any suggestions?
