Cleft palette yeast

Good Morning,

This may be a long shot. Anyone have a solution for yeast in the cleft pallet?
Using ACV in water only creates foam, which then requires suction.
Oregano oil supplements may be helping but they are systemic and we are not seeing it reduce much in the cleft.
We just started Oxy-ph drops in the water, fingers crossed this will help.

Yes we have veterinary help and prescription antifungal but apparently this is common and I want a game plane as to not have to give prescriptions constantly.

Our puppy got hives when we changed foods away from chicken foods the breeder was feeding because our 3 year old English is allergic so we didn’t want the chicken food in the house. Also we introduced him to a new English puppy that we found out that had giardia so they have been treated for that. But he had bumps and hives bad.

Have you checked in with cleft palate groups? I know you didn’t say he has that but they may have some insight
