ear infections

I have a 1.5 yr female, not fixed, that has constant ear infections, and I have changed her food several times now. any suggestions?

My vet gave me a anti- bacterial and fungal rinse to put in Cosette's ears. I do it every two weeks with a cotton ball and it works wonders. No more ear infections.

I have tried that along with medicated ear drops, goes away for a while then comes back again.

How often were you told to use the rinse?

What are you feeding? Sounds like possible allergy
