Yes, I took the picture myself. I wanted to take a cute Christmas Pic for the Christmas Card. When I started Maple was all over the place,being a silly little puppy but then she fell asleep.and I mean she was asleep. I moved some things in the background and even put my bearded dragon right next to her and took the cutest pic of both of them together which ended up being our christmas card
I love how there is a little gap between her lips. Its soo cute. My little baby grew up soo fast though...

Guys, I have really,really exciting news :
Not only is she going to be the December Pet in the calendar but she will also be on a special poster for the local pet store and there is going to be a 'meet our calendar star' event just for her ! I am soooo thrilled!

Once I am allowed to say more I will tell you guys what Calendar it is and what picture it is etc

Oh my gosh ! Sorry guys I somehow thought I had already told you.:blush:
The calendar is from Pet Valu. Pet Valu is a big pet store chain here in Canada(just like Petsmart in the US).
At the end of the year they hand out calendars for free ,depending on location you have to purchase them.
I was told this years casting called received 35,000 entrants! Its an amazing feeling that your pup was picked out of 35,000 pictures.

I have yet to be given an exact date for the meet and greet event but the calendars need to be printed first so Im assuming it'll be in the fall sometime

What's so weird, is that info w/o the store name refreshes my memory. You must've posted it and it slipped my mind. What makes it so official is that Maple Leaf is on a name brand website. She is lucky to have you and you must be so proud!
