First snow fall...

Isabelle went outside in the midst of out first snowfall this year.

She chased around a few big flakes and then ran like the wind to the back door.

Still no coat or boots for her, but she managed! Haha!

It's going to snow here eventually and I don't have a coat or boots for Wyatt. His coat doesn't fit very well around his thick neck, lol. Sounds like Isabelle was a very smart girl!

We got snow Halloween night, but it was gone in a couple hours. That was like the earliest snow ever, or in over 100 years here or something like that. Normally we don't get snow, except maybe flurries that are gone by noon. Every 5 years or so we will get 4" to 6" and it will stay for a few days though, and I LOVE it. I am so jealous of all of you that get snow every year. Last year we got snow a couple of times though. It was a fantastic year! Once last year we got 6" and it stayed almost all week. Kids missed a whole week of school. We played in it every single day. It was funny because my daughter said she was going to make a snow angel and we look over and she is face down. My husband said "you can tell we are in the south".

Update: Isabelle isn't 100% sure on how to actually go potty in the snow, so she takes forever and I freeze, and then my husband threw a snowball & she chased it and picked it up and carried it around!

We'll make a snow dog of her yet!

My sis in laws little chihuahua fell over and refused to move. Poor thing, it was her first snow, too.

:rofl: Cheli is like that sometimes too... mostly in the rain, he hates the rain. snow, he will play for a little, go potty then a flash of lightening back to the dorr once he gets cold.

We don't have snow here yet but when it happens it doesn't usually affect Wally. Uma on the other hand needs to play ball to trick her into playing in the snow.

Well today isabelle had the zoomies in the snow! She was flinging snow around with her nose and zooming all around! I could barely get her in the house!

My son woke me up by screaming MOMMY ITS STILL SNOWING! And he has had his winter hat on all day... Waiting til I say it's time to go play. Haha!

It finally quit snowing. But isabelle still plays in the snow piles in the yard.
