What product do you use when your dog goes into heat? I'm thinking Piper is close and I want to be prepared.

I don't use anything. Some people will put diapers on them.

I use a strap on pair of panties where you insert a maxi-pad that you can get at the pet stores, if they don't want to be bothered and at night I put them in their bed with plenty of towels or blankets, (ones that you won't be bothered if stained).

Remember that even after the bleeding stops she will still be in heat for another week or so, until the swelling goes down. Keep her away from other male dogs during that time.
