Help with behavior!

Hello all!
It will be a year this Sunday since we adopted a 1.5 year old male. He didn't have a name, so we named him Coors. Yes, it has been a year, and he is older and now settled into our home. But, his jumping up on people, barking constantly, barking/pulling lunging on a leash has gotten out of control! I finally broke down today after taking him for a walk, I just had to turn around. I'm not sure what to do. We live in Oregon, and I'm sure there are trainers that cost thousands of dollars, but we can't afford that. Does anyone have any tips, suggestions, CBD chews, trainers, places to take him etc?

Carry a spray bottle with water and spray him with a firm no at same time. Will take time but should help.

My two year old is the same and this lessens his craziness
