Hi my name is Jacqueline,need help with my male french bulldog he is four years old and over the past six months his nipples have got very enlarged is this normal or should I be seeking medical advice,the nipples aren't weeping or saw.

They don’t seem to look inflamed or overtly red.. can you send a picture to vet to confirm?

My 2 neutered male dogs’ nipples don’t jut out like that but I would probably have a vet take a look to confirm whether it’s normal or not.
