Hyperactive puppy

My puppy is 3 months old now. Everyday he'd go mad and run around the room (usually after his meals)
Jumping on to bed, running to toilet, playing whestling with his toys
He'd stop to drink and continue to zoom and jumps around
He's panting so hard I'm getting worried that he might overheat
Should I do anything to stop him / calm him down?
Is it unhealthy for him to run after eating?
Will he overheat / heatstroke if he run around in the house? Fan's on and sometimes AC. (he still pants even AC is on)
Will too much food / protein make him overactive?
He's having Acana Pacifica currently.

You a first class typicall French Bulldog puppy! my boy is 3 yrs old and still does this once a day for about 15 mins -- part of who they are. Enjoy the ride!

Yep, pups will do that. I would crate him after he eats for about an hour before letting him run crazy. Let him run and play for awhile but stop it when you can tell he is getting tired or panting too much and give him a break. At that age, he still needs his naps throughout the day. I let our pups play for about 30 to 40 minutes, then it's time for a nap. If they get too crazy, it's time to stop and rest.

Welcome to the world of Frenchies and the zoomies! I agree with what has already been said. They sure are a ball of energy but after about 15 minutes of running around crazy, Jax usually flops down cause he got himself so tired.

As long as it's not dangerous to him I'd be glad to see him zoom around everyday! It's fun to watch except sometimes slipping through hardwood floor

The zoomies are pretty normal Frenchie behavior!
