I like to sew and out of sheer boredom today I picked up some remnant fabric and made Stella a nice little coat. She gets so cold when we go outside but most premade coats don't fit her correctly. I got a kick out of seeing her in it! I totally had to bribe her with a piece of jerky so I could take the pics. LOL

Excellent work.... do I see a side job, er, I mean hobby for you??

Stella looks darling in that coat!

I love to piddle around with the sewing machine :) It surprisingly wasn't that hard to make and I think from start to finish it took me about 3 hours (making the pattern, cutting the fabric, sewing time, and chasing Stella for fittings as I went, lol). It'd be fun to make regularly I think. I should just start making them for frenchie rescues. I've noticed lots of rescues have started to "dress" the dogs for their adoption ads, probably to get more interest.

That looks fabulous!!! I wish I had that skill... That would be awesome to make for the rescues.

That looks great, good job and it looks good on her.

Good job! Stella looks great in her coat! I'd have to bribe Buster to hold still for a picture, too!

Wow! New career for both of you...she is the model and you are the President! Go for it...nice as any out there!

Great job! She looks great in it.
