Juno is the sweetest little lover of a dog and, according to her foster mom, is "as close to perfect as any dog I have ever met!" Well, if that's not a ringing endorsement, we don't know what is!
Juno loves all humans. She has done well with children as young as three years old and is not bothered by small children. A home with a child for Juno to play with would not be amiss.
Like many Frenchie divas, Juno does not like other dogs. She will absolutely not be adopted out to a home with other dogs. If there are other dogs around, Juno must be leashed at all times.
Since Juno has never been tested with cats, she will not be adopted to a home with feline friends. This policy is in place in order to keep both our Frenchies and our kitties safe!
Beyond her dislike for other dogs, Juno is simply a happy-go-lucky girl. She is oh so smart and is happy to snuggle, play or go for a walk. Her foster family reports that she is a champion walker - even in the cold weather we've been having this year! Juno loves to go where her people go.
Juno is completely housebroken and crate trained. She will even go to her crate on command in exchange for a tasty treat! While she's not had any formal obedience training, she is super smart and could definitely excel in an obedience course.
She does not need a fenced yard, but if you have a yard that is not fenced she'd have to be leashed at all times. If you live in the city, same thing goes - leashed always! If you do have a fenced yard, well, Juno wouldn't mind the chance to run and explore! No sirree!
Juno does not need her people to be home with her all day. She'd do find with a mid-day potty break! However, if you're a stay at home person Juno will be your constant companion. And if you work outside the home and wanted to take Juno with you she would not complain! So long as your office is free of other dogs, Juno would do great!
