Lola was surrendered by her family because they did not feel they had the time to spend with her to help her become the lovely lady she wants to be. She is doing wonderful in her foster home with direction from her foster mom. She has food issues and will guard her food from the other dogs. She is a loving lap dog and enjoys sitting on the couch to cuddle and even the occasional bed snuggle. She does chase cats so no cats in her forever home.
Lola does guard her food and toys and occasionally her people too. She would do best as an only dog because of this, but she is very sweet and does play well with other dogs in neutral environments. She does tend to drink and urinate a lot so someone that can provide her frequent potty breaks would be the best home for her. We have run urine and blood tests and all came back normal so there is not a medical cause for her frequent urination.
