Potty Training Mishap, Help!

My pup, Valentina, just turned a year old. I thought we had the potty training down pat. She's completely off the pee pads and has been going outside consistently, until today. This morning I woke up to pee on my bathroom mat!! Nothing changed from our normal routine. She got her normal walk before bed and I woke up at the same time I do every day to take her out. I have no idea why she would've done it. What gives?!

It's possible it was just an accident and won't be a recurring thing. Jax is a little over a year and has been potty trained for awhile and last week in the morning, while I was getting ready, he walked over to his bed and peed on it. I have no idea why he did it but he hasn't done it again.

They do have accidents every once in awhile. If it keeps happening and she pees more often, then you might have her checked for a UTI.
