Skin Allergy?

Hi,

My pup just got these small red spots on her snout. It looks like the hair has rubbed off. I've attached a pic. Has anyone seen this before and know what it is? I was thinking it could be a food allergy. The only thing different I gave her were these sausage/hot dogs things to get her to take her rimadyl after her spay surgery. She did have some smelly farts after eating them and her poo is pretty soft so I've thrown them out now. Also, is there anything I should put on the spots?

Are they raised at all? How does the skin feel -- normal, dry?

Did the vet use anything there during surgery? Could be a reaction to tape, etc.

They feel normal, not dry. I'll check with the vet too

I wouldn't put anything on them, they should go away on their own, if it was from an allergy. what type of bowl does she eat out of?

She eats out of a stainless steel bowl
