Sore in pocket under tail.

Hi everyone, could anyone give me any advice on how to clear up a sore under my frenchies tail. She (Lexi) has developed a sore under the tail through being left damp after her bath. The pocket is relatively deep and quite hard to get into dry properly. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Lanacane powder? or talc might be option??? Will try and google later

Just found this site gives some info on tail pockets and says lanacane can be used.

ok it says you can use it on wrinkles and folds so can't see why not on tail pocket occasionally??

Very informative link there. Thank you very much. She isn't in any discomfort and it is not looking bad at the moment so should be a quick healing process.
