These two pups are just so freaking adorable.

















Really recommend a cooling vest if you can find one for your Frenchie in these summer months. Made a world of difference for the three of us on our walk today and kept them from even panting during a quick stop at the Farmers Market. Ours is the soak in cold water then wring out type.

Thanks for posting - I love the pics. I will have to look into getting one. I've been walking Daphne at 6 am and about 7 pm to avoid walking her in the extreme heat here in NC. The rest of the time it's just out back to pee real quick and right back inside. Glad to hear there is a product like this!

Love these two!

I have cooling collars. You wet them and you can even fill the little pockets with ice. If it’s too hot, no walks though as the sidewalk is just too hot for their feet.

I don’t want to inadvertently advertise for a specific product...if there’s a problem with this post I understand deletion

You can search cooling vest on Amazon and a few options will show up. The vest I have on these two are available through resellers on Amazon and are one of the first search results but I bought them directly from the factory on AliExpress (Chinese Amazon) because I’m a sucker for matching leashes and accessories.

I think it’s best to look through the various options because if your dog really doesn’t like clothing, and bulldogs certainly can have strong personalities, a full body vest might not be the best option for you and a cooling collar like Cbrugs mentioned might be a better alternative.

There are also shorter cooling vests or bandanas from companies like Ruffwear, Canada Pooch, Hurtta, Kurgo and others that I know of and I’m sure they all do an equally great job.

What sold me on my specific ones made by Truelove was the built-in leash connection point so I wouldn’t have to use an additional harness or collar in addition to the vest. Most vests don’t have the built in harness.

From what I can tell looking online the Ruffwear swamp cooling vest looks like the most *popular* choice...but again look into what you think is best for your pups.
