Straining to poop

After Jax started medication, his poop was slimy and loose. After about a week, his poop went back to normal but now he is straining to poop and it's coming out like pebbles. Is there anything I can give him to help with this?

I've started giving Buster 1/4 teaspoon of coconut oil every day. We're not getting anymore raisins, some nuggets and mostly tootsie rolls!
