Tiny little pink bumps on White Frenchie

Is this normal on a white dog ? I assume they are much easier to see. She will get them from time to time, but today one was bleeding when I got out of the shower. I'm sure she itched it. They are very small like the size of the tip of a pencil. She will have one or two at a time and then they go away. She is almost 8 months old. . . . . Right now I am feeding her Nutro Natural Puppy . . . . . Is this something I should worry about ? ? ? ?

My Frenchie had some bumps on her side but then all of a sudden there were a bunch and I took her to the vet and she treated her with antibiotics for a skins infection and they went away.
