Vomit

Hello Everyone, my dog Zeus is almost 2 years old. He has these spells where he often vomits , lately he has been committing everyday for the past 3 weeks even while on 3 antibodies for sinus infection and allergies. Hie was done with the meds but is still. Throwing up this liquid foam and is back to having trouble swallowing. What should I do
